Treatment options range in complexity. Many treatments are completed to full restoration, while some treatments simply require stabilization for insecure areas.

Barbara Johnson has been a peer-reviewed Professional Associate member of the American Institute for Conservation of Historic & Artistic Works (AIC) since 1993, following the AIC code of ethics in every manner possible, including honoring the artist’s original intent, photographic and written documentation of treatments, and using materials that have been tested to have good aging and reversibility properties.
